Cornerstone Issues on Pages

Hi guys,

I’ve just accessed a site to update it and noticed that only some pages have Cornerstone working as it should be. The others are showing the CS code on the wordpress page editor?

Could someone have a look for me?

Thanks for writing in.

I checked and the cornerstone is loading fine, and the preview is correctly displaying. Would you mind providing the exact URL or the pages that have this issue? You said it’s showing CS code which means those page’s data are probably corrupted. Have you tried a migration? Or from which version you have upgraded it from?

Hey Steve,

The page is edited outside Cornerstone so now, the Cornerstone builder data is gone. If you haven’t edited it, it could be that you migrated your site without including serialized post meta data which Cornerstone builder data is made of and stored.

Regretfully, other than correct re-migration (see Cornerstone Migration), you will need to rebuild your pages that don’t have the builder data.
