Cornerstone issue after migration

To solve some issue for a new customer I have transfered a site to my development server. I have done this a few hundred times before but never with your theme PRO. After the migration I had to realize not all url got changed as expected. However searching the database gives no match for the wrong (old) urls. From other themes (divi, avada) I know some store content encrypted as post meta. However cornerstone does not seem to. If I open a page in cornerstone all images fail to load and the browser console is filling with many error messages due to non existing urls (the old ones). Where do that old data come from? And how to get rid of them? Thanks in advance

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, please follow the Migrate Cornerstone Data from Site to Site guide provided here, because the classic find and replace method won’t gonna work with Cornerstone pages.

Remember to clear all the caching plugins/feature the site might have after migration.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Thank you for your reply. That is exactly what I did. As soon as I edit a page with cornerstone the old urls get loaded. Where are these coming from?

Hi There,

Please try running better search and replace plugin and search for your old url and replace with the new one.

If the issue persists please let us know the specific images you are referring to.

Thank you

As I already wrote the old urls cant be found in the database. I have provided you all the credentials you need to take a look. I just need to know where cornerstone stores it’s informations because if you launch cornerstone and try to edit a page any image is loaded with the old urls (please just log in an take a look).

I found the issue. Cornerstone stores Urls ‘quoted’. https://mydomain is stored as https://mydomain. This is the reason why any search for https://mydomain fails. Issue solved.

Glad to hear that
