Cornerstone is not showing the sections

I have a big problem, Cornerstone is not showing the sections of my home page, there is all but i can not edit any because of Cornerstone having this issue

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.3.8
  • Cornerstone 3.3.8

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

I have updated everything and nothing, I can see perfectly my home page at frontent but in Cornerstone, there are not sections

Hi Juan,

Thank you for the credentials, you have updated the Cornerstone to the latest version (3.3.8), but you leave the X behind (5.0.3). That is not a compatible version, please update your X to the latest version as well (6.3.8).

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

You did not check but my activated theme is the lastest version 6.3.8 and the lastest cornerstone.

Hello There,

I have logged in and checked your pages. I can still edit the other pages in Cornerstone.

It seems that some pages were edited outside of Cornerstone. And this is why it is now blank when editing in Cornerstone. Please be aware that switching between editor or editing the page outside of Cornerstone is not allowed. Doing so can corrupt cornerstone data which will result to the page uneditable with Cornerstone. You may need to recreate the page from scratch in Cornerstone.
