First of all Cornerstone 3.5.4 in Wordpress 5.1.1. layout is different than it used to be - can’t remove the preview and have only the page skeleton full size. Can that be changed somehow?
Second of all, biggest issue, cannot access BACKGROUND LOWER LAYER, BACKGROUND UPPER LAYER, SEPARATOR BASE COLORS options within the current mini skeleton. These titles are visible but not clickable, no custom modification can be accessed within.
Can you please guide me here?

Kindly double check that you also have updated Cornerstone to the latest version. Here is a link for a details information on how to do an update:
Please remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors or any unexpected display issue on the site.
As for the other options not available, please click on the cog icon on the settings area then enable the Advanced Mode option.
