Cornerstone elements not populating data

Hello xtheme,

I’m currently having issues with my cornerstone elements. My cornerstone does open, unlike some of the other post.

For example, I’ll put in a 'Text" element, then put in some text, and it doesn’t populate the text. Nor, does it seem to even populate the element. Check out this picture: https://imgur.com/0UbvUuW

In all 3 of those elements (and maybe the ‘Gap’ too) nothing populates even though I’ve selected data. Now, I have 3 licences with you, and it works just fine on my other pages. The only difference is that I just purchased this newest licence yesterday (or the day before, I forget). The others have been up for years.

All 3 of the sites have the newest version of cornerstone 2.1.3, but only this site has an issue. www.halotechnologies.io

Since it’s new, you might not have any other plugins or customizations yet. We need to check your setup. Please share your admin credentials on secure note so we can investigate.

Hi,

I can see you have updated Cornerstone but not the theme.

Please note that these two should be updated simultaneously to make sure that everything is compatible.
