Cornerstone - Elements 404 error!

Hello,

I am trying to enter the Elements but when I click it an error comes up

"404 - Not Found
The page you are trying to access does not exist.
If this error persists, please contact the website webmaster.
If you are the webmaster of this site make sure that:

You have uploaded correctly your files to the public_html directory which is the web-root of your account;
You have not misspelled the URL. Bear in mind that letters are case sensitive and no white spaces are recommended;
In case you have applied SEO - SEF URL rewriting rules, make sure you have re-named the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. If there is already a non-empty .htaccess file read it

Solved! It was a permalink issue.

@Pinelopi could you please tell me how you solved this? I have the same issue.

Hello Flavia,

You may have permalink issue. Please go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalink save it again.
If that doesn’t help please send us your login details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

Thanks

Hi Prasant!

I’ve the same issue, just uploaded the theme and have the 404 error.
I click on cornerstone editor, it goes on the url /?cs-launch=1&cs_route=content.builder/9
then click on elements and it says:

“Not Found The requested URL /content/9/elements was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.34 (Ubuntu) Server at 10.205.15.100 Port 80”

Do you know what can I do?
I already went in permalink and re-saved…

Thank you,

Valentina
