Cornerstone doesn't allow mw to edit

Hello, I’m not able to edit my web site pages https://seguroserasmus.com/ with cornerstone. I tried to access to cornerstone in different ways but it gest stuck. Could you help me?

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could be due to multiple factors, please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. I see you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

  5. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

Hello @asociacionbb,

I was able to edit your homepage with no issue.

I would recommend that you increase your PHP Time limit and your PHP maximum execution time to at least 300s.

Hi,

I’m able to edit the home page.

But if you try to edit for example a page called ITA it doesn’t allow you to do it

Furthermore I have noticed that in some page clicking on the button x on the top of the page yo have he option edit page and in others page no…Thats sound very strange

Hello @asociacionbb,

I have logged in back in your site. I do not see any ITA page in the Pages section.

Meanwhile, “X > Edit in Cornerstone” will only appear if the page/post were created with Cornerstone. It will not show up if you have built the page with other page builder or with the default WP editor.
