Cornerstone do not work

Hi,

Before uploading my site I tried it on the local host (staging in Wamp) and everything worked fine. Once uploaded to the Internet, Cornerston never finishes to opening.
I did everything indicated here (I even tried to create a new page): https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-wont-open-for-me/26808.
My site is this: https://tecnobiz.com.ar/
What can I do?

Thanks for writing in! It could be a migration related issue as well. Please follow our migration guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126) and make sure that you have migrated your site properly.

If you’re still having issues, enable your WP_DEBUG mode by following this guide (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) and revisit your pages to see if you’re getting any errors.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the website and in dev tools I see following error message:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/cs.js?ver=3.5.5

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/cs-vendor.js?ver=3.5.5

To fix the issue, under Plugins > Installed Plugins deactivate and delete Cornerstone. Doing so won’t delete the page you created using Cornerstone. After that visit X menu in dashboard to automatically install latest version of Cornerstone. Please make sure to clear cache to avoid any conflicts.

I deleted Cornestones but after doing clic here:
_“You’re almost ready to start using X. Please click here to install and activate the required Cornerstone plugin.” (https://tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&_cs_install_nonce=1a15b5a8f2")

The following message is displayed:
“Unable to install Cornerstone. Descarga fallida. No se ha facilitado una URL válida.”

What can I do?

I tried installing cornerstone but I am getting this error

El archivo subido excede la directiva upload_max_filesize en php.ini.

Please contact your host and ask to increase upload_max_filesize limit.

You can also try installing it manually using FTP.

1. Get cornerstone file in wp-content/themes/x/framework/cornerstone.zip
2. unzip it in your computer
3. login to ftp and upload cornerstone folder to wp-content/plugins
