Cornerstone blank after host migrated servers

Our web host just migrated our website to a new server.

While the front end of the site looks mostly in-tact, when I go to edit the site in Cornerstone, I get the content-free “Welcome to Cornerstone” screen instead of my previously built site.

If I exit out and go instead to the traditional WordPress Text Editor, the code previously generated by Cornerstone is still there.

What steps do I need to take to get Cornerstone populated with its original content?

Hi,

It’s most likely that your serialize data is corrupted.

Does your old website still exist? If it does you can try migrating again using our guide below.

Thanks, Paul. I’ll check with the host to see if the old server is still in-tact and accessible.

Yup, you need your previous database (before migration) intact before you can migrate your site properly. Let us know how it goes.
