Cornerstone, background layers and Separators not working

The Background layer upper/lower selections and and the separator base colors aren’t accessible. I can’t click on them or anything. They show up but they aren’t clickable/editable.

I’ve looked at another post on this same issue. I’ve cleared the caches. Turned off all 3rd party plug-ins and cleared the caches again, and the problem still persists.

Hi @CoreyKlinefelter,

  • Can you please open the console log to check that there is an error message then copy it here?
  1. Also remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  2. And Switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.

May I know of which page this issue is present? I checked the pages and I’m able to use separator and background colors without any issue. Example,

And for other background features, please enable the advanced mode like from here
