Cornerstone and theme options not loading

Cornerstone and theme options are not loading for my site.

I have updated all plugins and PHP. I also tried deactivating all plugins and the issue still persists

Thanks for providing the details.

I have checked your site and there are some errors in the console:

Firstly, kindly fixed the mixed content issue on your site as this might be the root of the issue, to do that, Please install the Better Search Replace plugin then do the following:


    search for http://www.gillawatts.com and replace it with https://www.gillawatts.com and
    search for http:\/\/www.gillawatts.com and replace it with https:\/\/www.gillawatts.com

Then, please make sure to full clear your site’s cache and also your browser cache.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I tested the website and narrowed down to the changes that’s made in Child theme is causing the conflict. I activated parent X Theme and Theme Options and Cornerstone is loading fine now.

Please take a look at Child theme and the codes that’s added and remove the same one at a time to narrow down the block of code that’s causing the conflict.

Hi there,

Just migrated a site to a new domain. The theme options are not loading properly or at all.
I tried it on Chrome and Firefox. I also tried switching to the parent theme and it doesn’t fix it.
I get the following console errors:

Any clue what’s going on?
