Hi Team.
I just found out a IE11 issue which I am not sure when stared. But the it was working OK in IE before.
In IE11, I cannot scrolling down on all pages in the website and I cannot edit the page via the Cornerstone.
Tested in Chrome and Edge, both the scrolling and Cornerstone are working OK.
Can you please check and advise how I can fix the scrolling issue?

I have tried IE11 on many desktop and laptops in Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment. This issues happens on all the pages.
And I cannot edit the page via cornerstone as well. It just loading forever.

I see that it can’t scroll using the scroll wheel but can be scrolled using the scroll bar as shown by @Lely
Please check for the following:

Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
