Cornerstone and Really Simple SSL not playing well

So here what I’ve done so far.

  1. updated both X theme (6.1.5) and Cornerstone (3.1.5)
  2. Installed and ran “Better search Replace” on all databases, it made 1502 corrections.
  3. added the correct permissions in X setting
  4. Updated General Setting to https://
  5. Flushed the Cache
    website running PHP7 and Maria10 Hosted on Cloudways

CornerStone only seem to work if I disable Really Simple SSL.
Any idea’s on what I could try next?

Hi bob_wild,

You should not use that 3rd party plugin to force the URLs to be https as it seems to be incompatible with our theme builder. You will need to do it manually.

Back up your website completely and install the Search and Replace plugin and search your database for the occurrence of http and change them to https.

Howdy Christopher - removed the plugin and re-ran the Search And Replace. Still cannot access cornerstone and now have lost the envira gallery, ModuloBox and the grid function. Also no longer receiving a green lock for the website.

Hi there,

I checked and cornerstone is loading fine, would you mind providing which URL has this issue?

The reason isn’t displaying green lock is because of the URL from demo import. I went ahead and removed it. http://theme.co/x/demo/ethos/1/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2014/05/neutral1.png

It should be green now :slight_smile:
