Cornerstone 2.1.3 won't start

I updated both X and Cornerstone today to the newest versions and now I cannot edit a page in Cornerstone. The loading symbol stays there indefinitely. I’ve gone on separate computers to try to launch the editor but both do the same thing, so it does not appear to be a caching issue.

I am having the same problem for one of my admins. this is the screen she gets when opening a page.

Hello @pianalto,

Thanks for asking and sorry for the trouble you are facing. I ched your website and it in browser console I see following error message popping up POST http://cameokitchensonline.com/cornerstone-endpoint 500 (Internal Server Error). https://screencast.com/t/zv5YOGxW7g.

What that error message tells us is that there’s something in your system preventing cornerstone-endpoint from loading thereby blocking Cornerstone from saving/functioning correctly. If you could contact your host and they should be able to whitelist the Cornerstone endpoint and get this working.

Internal Server Errors are mostly due to incorrect folders and files permissions. Please see http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/1 to learn how to check your permissions.

@nvagriculture request you to please create a new ticket and mention the problem you are facing. Someone from our team will help you to get it working.

Thanks.

The host “updated the PHP variables” and that worked. Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear it’s sorted.

Cheers!
