ConvertPlus 3.0.0 purchase code needed

Hello there,

Since ConvertPlug is updated to ConvertPlus it asks me to enter a purchase code. I don’t have one because ConvertPlug is bundled with my Pro license.

What should I do now?

Hi There,

The last supported version is 2.33

Please uninstall and go to WPAdmin > X and re-install it.

Hi Daniel,

How did the update happen? Usually we block you from being able to update the plugin to a version above version compatibility, in any case, please delete the plugin and re-install on Wp Admin > X

It was updated automatically. I got the license notification afterward.

Is there a way the export and import the popups I already made before reinstalling?

Hi there,

That’s weird, it shouldn’t update automatically since you don’t have the purchase key (bundled plugin).

And yes, you can export your popup one by one, go to your popups in admin and click the export icon on each entry.
