Convertkit not working

Hi guys!
I’m having an EXTREMELY strange issue with convertkit - I’m emailing them for support, but wanted to check if it’s something that you can help me with instead.

I have a few forms already embedded on the site and they are working perfectly, BUT any of the new forms I want to embed, using their plugin and code [convertkit=xyz], it not only doesn’t show up, but it’s making the entire element disappear - whether it’s a text or raw element.

If I add the html code, it sort of works, but it’s distorting the forms a bit too.

You can sign in and see them and test by typing: [convertkit form=726887] on either a raw and text element to see what I mean.

Any clue to why this is happening - and why the older ones work perfectly fine?

By the way - I’m having the exact same issue in another site as well.
I’m guessing all of them will have this issue
Any clues to what we can do to fix this?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and tested the plugin using the given shortcode. I can confirm that it is not showing anything. I created test page using the default WordPress editor and it still not showing. This tells us that there is something wrong with the plugin. Since this is a 3rd party plugin, I would highly recommend that seek further assistance from the creators of the plugin. They are more familiar with this issue and they must also be inform that there is an issue with their plugin.
