Converting to Pro+

Should there be any issue converting from the Pro+ theme from the X-theme and then going back once again? Just checking as we had a problem earlier this morning and are trying to determine if it is the hosting environment or a restriction of the two themes?

Hi,

There shouldn’t be an issue, you can just activate your xtheme and Cornerstone again.

The only difference is that PRO themes has Header and Footer Builders

Thanks…That is what I thought. There must have been a problem on the hosting server.

Hi there,

Please consider that license wise you can not change back the Pro license to X license. So if you converted your X license in your licenses page to Pro using this method the license will always remain Pro and you can not change to X.

By the way we do not have Pro+ product. We have 2 products: X and Pro.
