Convert Plus Slow

We are using pro on www.ripplesofgrace.com. We are using the Convert Plus plugin to share and subscribe on our sermon page as seen here: http://ripplesofgrace.com/wtw1/. It takes about 5 or 6 seconds for the pop up to actually appear after clicking the button. Is there a way to speed that up? It seems awfully long.

I tried it on my other site with almost the same layout and it seems fine: http://jeremygorham.com/wtw5/ So any help on the ripplesofgrace.com one would be great!

I compared your two pages http://ripplesofgrace.com/wtw1/ and http://jeremygorham.com/wtw5/ and the latter’s page size is 3.5 mb and the former is 5.7 mb. The cause is not ConvertPlus but most probably your content size including videos and images. Otherwise, both will be slow and would also be slow in my test site but that is not the case. There’s also no option to speed up the pop up. Server performance could also be a factor here if they’re hosted in different servers.

They pretty much have the same content on them and they are hosted on the same account.

Do they have exactly the same content and WordPress setup? When I checked though, this page http://ripplesofgrace.com/wtw1/ is heavier than http://jeremygorham.com/wtw5/. Please try deactivating plugins and replicate the exact setup of the other site.

I just created a brand new page with just the button on it and it seems slow http://ripplesofgrace.com/test/ i even tried deactivating all my plugins
