Convert Plus Plugin doesn’t connect to Mailchimp for me either

I have followed the instructions you gave to an earlier poster with the same problem. The plugin does not present me with any options when I check the selector to choose groups (of which I have many). And even though it says it is connected to mailchimp, the signups do not flow through to mailchimp. What am I doing wrong please?

In an attempt to make it work I also tried installing a header/footer plugin and pasting the code from mailchimp in to the header part. No dice.

I’m also having problems with my https atm, am wondering if that’s playing into it…

Thanks for writing in! Have you integrated Mailchimp with ConvertPlug already? Please make sure that you have set it up correctly. Please check out this documentation for more information of how you can set it up:


Additionally, have you created a list in your MailChimp already? If you haven’t created a list yet, then you won’t be able to connect MailChimp to ConvertPlug. To know how you can get started with MailChimp, please check this out:

Yes, followed these instructions and have lists and groups set up on mailchimp. Thinking of trying other plugins but suspect that its a problem arising from switching to https mid way during the build…

In that case, please install a plugin called better search and replace and search for:

http://example.com

for

https://example.com

Hey there,

how were you able to get it to work with groups?
I keep making new modals the subscribe works but it never goes to the group even though I see the group as an option when I choose the campaign… any insight as to how you got groups working would be great, otherwise I think cf7 is my best ticket… maybe or MC4WP? not 100% sure yet…

Following the documentation mentioned especially the step 8 should do the trick. but please make sure that you have the latest version of the ConvertPlus installed from X > Overview page.

If you have problems kindly open up a separate thread and give us the credentials of your WordPress and MailChimp using Secure Note to follow up.
