Convert plus not closing

Hi

Please help me

I am using ConvertPlus to collect leads and Mailster as my mail marketing solution.

All the popups after hitting Submit just loads forever, it never closes. Or get to the successful message. But the mailster system does register the name and email of the one who tried to subscribes.
Please help me

Try for your self. Take the one on the home page, after scrolling 80 % down you willl a slide in. Fill out and see that it never closes…

Hey There,

There’s an error in the console which might prevent future javascript from loading:

use.typekit.net/.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

I would recommend first trying to disable / remove that javascript call and see if that changes anything.

Any ideas how to do that?

I am not a programmer but dont mind to test things out

Please check for the following:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party (not bundled with X) plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If that doesn’t help, please give us WP admin and FTP access in a Secure Note and allow us to disable plugins and scripts.

Strangly it was your own typekit plugin which caused the issue.

Hi there,

I tried testing the Typekit plugin that goes bundled with X and it seems to work fine and does not cause any error.

If you need to use a Typekit font, please go to X > Launch > Template > Fonts > T then add your Typekit ID.
