Convert Plus modals not working

Hey guys,

I’m not sure why, but none of my Convert Plus modals are working anymore. They just simply don’t pop up anymore when I click the buttons at all.

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

Please try out following solutions and let us know how it goes.

  1. Please make sure you are using the supported version of ConvertPlus. As of today supported version is 3.3.5.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks for updating in! Your issue could be related to caching. Please clear your plugin cache and site cache.
You may use private browsing or Incognito mode in testing your site.

By the way, I am seeing the popup modals the last time I visited your site.
It is displaying on my end.

hmmm… so I have cleared my browser cache, but I don’t know anything about clearing plugin cache or site cache. how do I do those?

And you are right, I do see the pop up on mobile working. must be this plugin or site caching thing. how do I do that?
