Convert plus manual display

Hello I have troubles with mi convert plus plug in. I reported this issue past oct’18 with no solution. I use modal popups with manual display when the user clics a buton (launch with CCS class), but the popup doesn’t appear anymore.

I worked fine till 3.3.2 version. I didn’t solve this so i keep in that version. Today upload to 3.4.1 and again… still not working. How to solve this?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I found out that you are using the latest version of the theme and Cornerstone. After doing the theme and plugin updates, always remember to clear all caches (especially if you are using Autoptimize, WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) so that the code from the latest version is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

Could you please check the Site URL and WordPress Address URL in Settings > General? Please make sure that it is same as the WordPress dashboard url and using the same https protocol.

At the moment, we are still encountering the same error “Too Many Redirects”.

Hi @agoracanina,

I’m another staff and I was unable to access your WordPress admin as well:

  • I got this issue when access https://www.xxx.com/wp-login.php

  • And this issue when access https://www.xxx.com/wp-admin/

Could you please double check with your hosting provider?
