Convert Plus: Custom Form Integration - modal will not close

Hello! I have modal integrated with gravity forms hooked into Aweber that is working great. One issue is that once the form is submitted the modal pop us again. I have enabled “Close Custom Form to auto-close the Module after the successful submission of the form” in Convert Plus Dashboard -> Modules -> Advanced Settings and gone through all the docs to no avail. Would anyone have any thoughts or other directions to pursue to have the modal close after submission? The site is located at https://moodindigoliving.com

Hello Michael,

ConvertPlus do not communicate with Gravity Form. It is best that you integrate ConvertPlus and Aweber instead and use a built submission form so that it will close properly. Please check out this documentation how to use ConvertPlus and Aweber:

Thank you! Yes, that was the original approach, however, using the aweber connect method, we could not get the name field to save back to aweber, only the email address. That is what lead us down this path. Using the ConvertPlus and Aweber method, do you know a trick to having the name field save back to Aweber? The docs did not yield results. Thank you for your assistance!

Please ensure your Field Name matches the Label in Aweber.

If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us Aweber access?

Thank you! I am curious, in the YouTube you sent over you create that form using the tools in the convertkit plugin.
I ask because you also showed me a screen from the aweber form builder.

I updated the plugin settings to show the integrated convertkit forms and the labels do match. I will also send over the aweber login. Thank you!

Thank you for the credentials. I am able to confirm that your setup is correct and working properly. I have tested the form and saw the infomation Name and Email is in your Guided Meditation List on Aweber.
