Convert Plug Error

Hi Support,

I wrote not too long ago about email forms not working. You can see the thread here.

Email forms not working

We integrated Convert plug and it seemed to work for a while but now we are seeing this error message:

What is more, the client is seeing the blog page with one column of blogs only on FULL screen. He sees two columns when he makes his browser smaller. The top portion of the page uses the Grid. (The bottom part is styled to look like the Grid but it’s not.) There’s only one grid on the whole site, and it’s two columns all the way down to mobile. I’ve checked out skeleton and it looks fine. I can’t duplicate the issue. Any suggestions? https://getboober.com/blog/

Thank you for writing in, but sorry I can not replicate both issues on my end, please clarify how we can see the issue.

In the meantime, please clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) to make sure that this is not a caching related issue.

Site is updated and cache is cleared. I can’t replicate the blog issue either so let’s drop that.

In terms of convert plug, it doesn’t look like you (or anyone) has successfully signed up for days. Did you even try? The sign-up form looks fine, just like in your screenshot but try to sign up and it doesn’t work. If you did sign up then why isn’t it tracked in the Modal analytics?

The subscription form is working fine. I can able to subscribe to your site and got the email too.
