Convert Kit Landing Page Not Working

Hello! I have a new site that I am building and on my website https://empoweringthedream.com My Courses page is supposed to show my ConvertKit Landing Page. However it is not. I use Wordpress and installed the Theme X but I seem to run into issues when it comes to using my ConvertKit Forms. I’ve cleared my history, cache, ect but it still doesn’t work.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hello There,

Your site is in Coming Soon mode thus I can’t see Courses page. Please do share credentials inside a secure note so we can check your current settings and Courses page. Thank you.

Hi Lely,

Thank you for your response! I actually removed the Under Construction Mode Yesterday so the Website should be live now.

Thank You

Hi @KLTouchette,

Glad to hear that you have removed the under construction mode so we could check your setup closer however upon checking your setup, I could still see that it is not live yet.

As what Lely said, you could share to us your credentials inside a secure note so we could check further even though your site is not live yet.

You could try this usual solution to this issue.

  • Update your setup to the latest versions. X/Cornerstone/Convertkit forms

Latest updates of X theme Pro and Plugins can be seen in the links below:

https://theme.co/changelog/

  • Convertkit Forms not properly installed or setup. Check the Setting up forms in the link below
  • There is a plugin that causing the convertkit forms not to work well.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks.

Hi Nico,

Thank you for the reply. I feel silly now! I didn’t update with my website provider. I am still having issues with getting my Landing Page to show up. https://empoweringthedream.com/courses/

Hi There,

The course archive didn’t show anything because you didn’t add any course yet.

I went ahead add a test course and the course archive is working fine now:

Regards!

Thank you for the Response. But since I don’t have any courses built yet and would like a ConvertKit Landing Page to show up on my Course Page instead. The Landing Page is set for my Courses Page but does not come up like it is suppose to.

Hi There,

It turns out that you have another issue that you did not notice. All your secondary pages becomes 404 not found. The issue seems to be caused by the CoursePress Pro plugin, it looks like you did not properly configure this plugin and it’s causing amiss on your permalinks.

As soon as I deactivated that plugin all your secondary pages shows up and the landing page that you created on ConvertKIT.

We like to continue helping you with this, but regretfully we can not provide support for 3rd party plugins. Please consult your plugin’s documentation or contact the plugin author on how to properly configure CoursePress Pro plugin.

Cheers!

Oh wow, well that makes sense now. I really appreciate your help guys. Thank you so much!

You’re welcome. Glad we could help.
