So I have a website running the latest version of X on a child theme.
The issue I have is that some content and styling is visible in the backend editor of Visual Composer however not all of it is visible on the front end. It’s not visible in the frontend editor of VC either.
Any ideas?

I found something weird on your setup. On admin, I can see that X and Cornerstone is not updated. Checking the frontend, it is showing the latest theme 5.1 and Cornerstone 2.0.5. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbifjFlIuV . This will only happen if you upgrade and then downgrade again, and I am seeing a cache content. Regarding the main issue here, can you be specify on which page this issue exist and which part?

No, we haven’t downgraded. I think a colleague may have actually restored a back up from way back since I posted this ticket. I’m sorry but I’ll need to check what’s going on before I come back to you. I will give you another heads up shortly, sorry to be a pain!

So I’m not seeing the same thing as in your video. I’ve checked and all theme’s/plugins etc are up to date and nobody has re-installed a backup.
The problem is on every page of the site. On the front page for example in the back-end you can see that the top element consists of a custom headline, followed by a container with a gap and a text box. After that, there is a new container with a pricing table.
On the front-end, the element with the custom headline, gap and text box is not showing, however the following element with the pricing table is showing.

One of us might be seeing a cache content. If you have caching on your server, please try to flush cache. I can’t go on with the issue while I am seeing a different setup.
