I cannot load or edit any content via X Pro. Window remains as shown here:

Cache is cleared - plugins and WP are updated.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in and for the credentials, but it seems you forgot to provide the link to your site that you’re working on or having the issue.

In the meantime, please increase your PHP Memory limit. You can follow the guide provided here, as most of the time (but not limited) that issue is caused by memory exhaustion.

Thanks, but you did not try to increase your PHP Memory limit, did you? In that case please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that does not work, please provide us FTP credentials in a secure note too, so we can do further investigation.

Also, your PHP version 5.4 is lower than what WordPress requires, please contact your hosting on how you can update your PHP version to 5.6 or higher.
