Content Dock Options not loading in Pro

Hey folks,

I am running the latest version of Pro on a new website I am just completing, and I’ve installed the content doc extension but it does not seem to working correctly for me at all.

Instead of the ability to select different colors, I get blank boxes like this:

And as you can see above, when I try to use the override image and URL feature no new dialog comes up to let me plug in information.

Any idea what the problem could be??

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. I can confirm that this is a known issue with X Content Dock in Pro. Our developers is already working on a a fix for this issue. Meanwhile, please insert the colors and image path manually.

Okay that’s fine, was just curious. I’ve discovered ConvertPlug since then which is way better anyhow lol. Works on Mobile
