Content Area Off Canvas not as per documentation

Product X Theme

I am missing graphical settings for the Content Area Off Canvas Element within Cornerstone.

As per the documentation here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/elements-content-area-off-canvas/10225 I am not seeing options for Toggle controls, so I can not setup graphical elements for the toggle button see screenshot below.

I do also have a pro licence for another site and just checked and these options are available on the site I am using Pro with but not X Theme.

Thank you for the very detailed post information.

You are not seeing the advance options because it is turned OFF by default. To enable it, please go to X/Pro > Settings > Permissions > User Preferences and set the “Advanced Mode” to “Always ON”.
