Contact 7 Form Not Sending Emails After Update

Updated Contact 7 and now emails are not being sent from form.

Please advise!

Would you please kindly follow up the steps below to make sure if that is a problem of the plugin or a conflict of some kind?

  • Kindly add a new page and new form using the new version of the Contact Form 7
  • Switch the theme from X to another one such as 2017.
  • Check if the form is working and sending emails.

Reverted back to 1.1.0 and mails sending again. So seems like a theme issue. Same problem with Retina 2x images not loading on 1.1.1. On 1.1.0 loads no problems.

Did you clear all caches including browser cache then disabled your caching plugin and Cloudflare before updating and checking? I see you’re using Cloudflare and also minified cached resources so we can’t say if this is a theme issue or caused by optimization. Contact Form 7 works in my test site using Pro 1.1.1 so it’s most probably an issue in your setup. Please also check for the following:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  3. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
