Hello,

Is there an element that I can use in Pro that can carry out ‘If, then’ operations?

For example if someone selects ‘No’, an email is automatically generated and sent to the client.
And if the ‘Yes’ is selected, they are are sent to a specific page where they will complete an online form.

You can take a look ACF Pro plugin that comes with Pro Theme as bundled plugin and can be installed from Pro > Validation > Extensions. What you are looking for regarding forms might require some bit of development work, but ACF Pro plugin should help you to get started. Please take a look at following resources to get started.
