Hi I would like to know how to add in the classic elements box, I did add in a box but its not classic elements can it be converted?

When I am editing on mobile 481px 767px for the first 2 boxes I can add in text, pictures and SRC picture, as for the next 4 boxes I can not add in text, pictures and SRC picture. How would I get those other boxes to switch over so I can add in text, pictures and SRC picture?
