Classic Contact Form Element Missing

The element is not showing up when searching for it or scrolling through the elements. It is on another install of X, but not on one I’m currently building. How do I get it back?

I tried removing and reinstalling cornerstone already.

Hey Michael,

Please go to X > Settings > Permissions > Classic Elements and see if the Classic Contact Form 7 was powered off. Please enable it.

It was on. I tried turning off and on again. Did not work.

Hi,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

The latest version number as of this time are

Wordpress 4.9.8
Pro 2.3.8, X 6.3.8
Cornerstone 3.3.8

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi Michael,

It seems that you don’t have the Contact Form 7 active that is why it is not showing up in Cornerstone.

Kindly enable the Contact Form 7 plugin.
