Classic card not working properly after loading template

Hi there,
So I created a page and everything works perfectly. I saved a template from the working page to load it to a new page I created… and the classic card is totally messed up… all the options are equal… but the fonts are much smaller/larger and the content is falling out from the card… if I delete the card and create a new one… same thing happens…
Here is the pages comparison…

Can you help please!

Thank you in advance!

Kaidi

Hi Kaidi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tried to check your current setup but it is currently under construction. I tried to replicate the issue on my local setup but I’m not facing the issue you mentioned. Please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks.

Hey Kaidi,

It’s because you have custom CSS in your home page that you didn’t copy in your other page. Copying the CSS should fix the issue. See https://youtu.be/f5EKoW-y0X8

Your headline’s font size is also powered by the Responsive Text feature. You also need to replicate that in your other page.

I see that you also have the column issue (see the video in the secure note) though so before replicating, please first fix it first. We’re sorry for the inconvenience regarding this other issue.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot!!!

You are most welcome!
