We did clear the cache and our php is 7.0, disabled any conflicting plugins as well…

I can see the icons are working fine.
Regarding the accordion, I see a lot of JS error in the site. This may be due to a plugins conflict or custom JS code.
Please follow this three points for a possible solution.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Interesting to note, when I disabled the Content Dock addon, Cornerstone started working again.
The Icons returned after disabling the Query Strings Remover plugin. However our classic accordian is not operational. New issue seems to be related, the navbar menu dropdown also stopped working.
As far as JS Errors go, this helped patch Woocommerce: jQuery.cookie.min.js scripts fail to load https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/
Our technical difficulties are now resolved, thanks!

I checked the site, the navbar menu dropdown, and accordion works fine. More likely this is related to caching, especially when you have that Query Strings Remover plugin enabled.
