Hello - I was told the X Theme Support team moves my website back to the X Theme and NOT the child theme, however this is incorrect.
The child theme was set up without my approval. I need it removed and for the X Theme parent theme to be the one I am using along with the code moves over from the post below.

Sorry about that, on your admin dashboard please navigate to Appearance > Themes and Activate the parent X theme.
The CSS codes that was added on Theme Options > CSS (Global CSS) are all retain automatically.
