Checkout Manager - Array Issue

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Summary:
I have a field for buyers to enter additional info, however, when they do, it simply shows up as “array” on the thank-you page. It does however show up correctly on the confirmation email.

I see you have multiple licences to Pro Theme and a single licence of X Theme. It’s a bit difficult for me to check what’s going on the website without taking a look at the website. At the moment Please try reinstalling Woo Checkout editor by first deactivating and deleting the same from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that install from X/Pro > Validation > Extensions. If that does not help, please share website URL for us to take a closer look.

This was a super confusing reply. Yes I own a ton of licenses, I don’t think owning licenses has anything to do with the issue. A quick search (shame on me for not having done this first) showed me that this is an issue that is currently on your issue tracker

I checked and it is still open our issue tracker and not fixed yet.

Rest assured our developers are already aware of this and that it will be fix soon.

So, judging by the fact that it has been on the issue tracker for at least three months, I’m guessing we simply shouldn’t be using the official Themeco Checkout Manager plugin and instead should be using the Woo version? We literally have an ‘array’ issue on every order with additional details…

Is there any sort of temporary fix?

There is no temporary fix available as of now. You may try deleting the field and add new with different name, but it will not fix it. And yes, you can use Woo version temporarily.

Our developers are still on it.
