I know I am missing something simple but I can not get the Top menu links to change.
You can see in the footer the correct menu categories but for some reason even though I have Primary menu selected as well as the footer it stays with those demo menu items for the top level menu. What am I missing?

The Navigation elements does not use WordPress’ Menu Location. You need to choose or assign what menu to use in the element’s settings. See the Setup in the Navigation Inline documentation for more details.

I figured out how to get the correct menu displayed on large screens BUT now I have another issue. When the screen size is downsized and the responsive menu appears it no longer shows the correct menu pages and reverts back to the old demo pages?
How can I keep this same menu pages being displayed no matter what the screen size is? I can’t see a option where I can select the responsive sized menu and am not sure why it is changing my menu pages when this happens.

In the similar way, you will have another container for your mobile menu which you can customize.
