Change username and private support posts

Hi, how do I change my username within my account? Also, is there not an option to make support posts private?

Hi 9metis,

Please tell us what you want to change the username to, and we will change that for you. The support threads can be unlisted by us, but you can not make the whole thread hidden. You can use the Secure Note feature to provide sensitive information privately to us.
