Change the link of the white label custom logo image

I am trying to change the link of the white label logo. By default it is wordpress.org. I want to change it to my homepage. I tried to use inspection mode in chrome but I cannot get the location.

I can’t replicate this on my end. Currently, it’s linking to the home page URL.

Could you please provide us with your website URL so we can take a closer look?
