Change the footer that appears on smaller screens?

I’m not understanding how to change the footer on small screens. I need the small screen footer to stay the same when made larger.

This is right (small screen)

This is what it changes to on a larger screen (it should not change.)

Thank you for writing in, it seems you’re getting confused by your bar/container’s Hide During Breakpoint configuration.

Please inspect each of your Bars and its containers, and see which is shown on the desktop and which is shown on mobile.

The Hide During Breakpoints option is under Customize tab.
