Change license

Hi. I’m trying to switch alicense from one site to another.

I follw the instructions and edit the license, but the new site still says this…
Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I’ve tried a few times but it won;t accept it. Just gives me the same message every time.

Thanks for asking.

Please make sure to remove old and assign new site URL under licence manager page. Once you have changed the URL in licence manager page, then proceed to revalidate.

I can see one of your URL assigns to the license is not opening. Please check the URL if you have entered it correctly or not.
Please check the secure note for the URL.

If that doesn’t help please send us your website details and the license key in a secure note so that we can check.
Please send the WP login details.
