Change Category Order WooCommerce Shop Page

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out why my WooCommerce shop page displays the categories in the order that it does.

I have the Product Catalog set to “Sort by most recent” - which isn’t accurately reflected by how the categories actually show up on the page (“Mugs” is the least recent). See website: www.natashaboote.com/shop

When I switch to sort by “popularity (sales)” nothing changes either. Ideally I’d like to arrange them by "default sorting (custom ordering + name) " but when I select this option it doesn’t then give me the opportunity to customize anything.

How can I change the order the categories show up please?
