Hi, I am using the band template and the background image is actually an animated background of a concert outdoor. I am unable to find the option where I can replace that with another image or video. Thank you.

Are you referring to this section?
If so, inspect the section and under Background Type, you can replace the demo video with your own or switch to image and choose a gif image.

It’s not that animation but that’s helpful tip. It’s the background of the whole page. It looks more like an image than an animation. It’s the picture of the concert stage behind my name as attached. I tried editing in options but putting in background image but it didn’t replace it.

Please edit the page and find the “Page Settings” in the page editing screen (https://codex.wordpress.org/Pages_Add_New_Screen). There is a background option and make sure to remove or replace it. For more details about Page Settings in the theme, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/meta-options-pages/144/1
If in case the background image is coming from the global setup, please go to X > Theme Options > Layout & Design > Background Option and change the background image there.
