Can't Validate or update X Theme

Every-time I try to validate it takes me to a blank page. Driving me nuts! My site is http://brokernetwork.com

please help.

I see that you haven’t updated X Theme and using X 5.2.5. Please update X Theme to the latest version X 6.4.6 and then try again to validate.
