Can't validate api key after moving hosts - "could not establish connection"

I have reached out to my host and spent a good deal of time with them while they went through your checklist of things to review (and did everything) when you get and error message that says… “could not establish connection”
can you help me get it validated?

This is what my hosting support guy told me to ask you: I’d also start a support entry with the theme company and see if they can see any connections being made from the server ip of the box - which is 67.227.213.34

I could not be able to check yet if the server connection is working. But first, would you mind confirming that you have followed the instruction in the link below on how to fix this issue.
