Can't register the pro theme (and cant access elements/inspector

I bought X theme through Envato yesterday and during the checkout a popup opened and said 'upgrade to pro for $10 so I did. I have the account with Envao with the theme key from there - and now I have the 2 theme keys from theme.co account form the upgrade.

I am not able to register the pro theme on my site - says its not a theme.co purchase code or something to that effect.

I am also not able to access the ELEMENTS or INSPECTOR in the cornerstone builder. When I click either of them it loads a NOT FOUND:The requested URL /content/2/elements was not found on this server. page.

Please advise.

Hi there,

If you had X installed on your site before updating, please make sure you install Pro and active it on the site so that you can validate the theme installation using the upgraded license from your licenses page.
