Unable to load the “starter templates”. I increased the upload limit in PHP.ini to 256 MB, but I am still getting the red message “Sorry your file is not properly formatted.” on the right. And “This file you chose was not valid and could not be imported.” Is there anything else that needs to be changed, or is there another way to get the templates?

Where or how did you get the starter templates? Usually, you can only install it by going to X/Pro > Templates and find the “Install Starter Pack” button.
