Can't Load Integrity 01 Demo

Thanks for your support in advance.

We uploaded the demo Integrity 01 and when we viewed it, not very much of the original demo was displayed.

So, we deleted the pages and uploaded the demo again. In the support forum, we noticed that if we do this, the demo pages will not reload as X assumes we didn’t want those pages.

So, we did what the forum says and added the clear cache tags to the end of our URL. This is not help.

Our goal is to be able to add the Integrity 1 demo as it shows on the Theme X demo site.

Any suggestions on how we can re-create this?

Integrity one demo is a part of standard demo content family wherein you get home page layout and placeholder images. More or less for home page you just need to change the placeholder image. For header slider, you need to install Revolution Slider from X > Validation > Extensions. To display the video above navigation, please take a look at following thread.

Thank you for your quick reply. The issue we also have is that we went into Pages and deleted all the pages, thinking we could simply reload Integrity 01.

However, we then noticed in the documentation that once we do that, the software assumes we don’t want certain pages and therefore will not allow us to reload Integrity 01.

We also tried the clean cache instructions but that doesn’t seem to be fixing the issue.

Is there a way to reload Integrity 01 and get all the demo content?

Thanks for updating the thread.

With entire demo content if you are referring to the complete demo website of Integrity 1, then that’s not possible. Once you import the demo content under X > Validation it will import the home page layout and placeholder images. If you are looking for complete demo and a working website kind of function, then please import expanded demo content like Church from X > Validation.

As you have delete the page and want to get back the same, please check it in the Trash.

Thanks for updating the thread.

You can delete X Theme from Appearance > Themes by activating a different theme. If there are demo pages or media files are there then you can delete the same from Pages > All Pages. To delete the media files, you can do so from Media > Library.

Sometimes when we need to start fresh, we just use a WP reset plugin. This allows us to reset the database and create a fresh new WordPress install. This prevents us from deleting and uploading the files over and over again.
