Hi Support,
I am getting this look when trying to get onto cornerstone or theme options. I’ve uninstalled X and Cornerstone and reinstalled with no luck. Tried different browsers etc.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi There,
Issue resolved due to and older version of WordPress… It didn’t update automatically!
So I have 20+ websites on my VPS with 7 different cPanel accounts. This website happened to be on an older setup of cpanel and had a plugin automatically installed by the cPanel Site Software installer that manages the updates of WordPress (it’s useless)… which I deactivated and deleted which enabled Wordpress to update itself automatically, solving my issue.
Many thanks for your help!
We are delighted to assist you with this.
Cheers!
